One specific quest challenges players to eliminate enemies at Shogun's Arena. However, since the arena only spawns after the fourth Storm Circle closes, completing this quest can be tricky. The player count is typically lower at this stage of the game, and many opponents might not make it to the arena.

The solution? Strategic timing and patience.

First, wait for the red rift icon to appear on your minimap once the fourth Storm Circle closes completely. Then head toward that location and get ready for the islands to appear. Once they do, approach cautiously using the wind gusts that rise beneath the floating arena.
